By Justin Adkins:
The NFL have confirmed that Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson has pulled out of the Pro Bowl.
Jackson apparently tweaked his knee in practice. It’s believed the injury isn’t serious and he’s dropping out for precautionary reasons.
Since nobody cares about the Pro Bowl, this isn’t a huge loss for Eagles fans. And playing in the game, farce as it is, could still lead to a real injury so Jackson skipping it is actually a plus.
Replacing Jackson is Dallas receiver Miles Austin.
