WHO/WHAT: The battle to secure the final spot for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup kicks off Saturday afternoon as the USA Tomahawks, ranked 15th in the world, take on the 23rd ranked South Africa Rhinos in the first game of the week-long round-robin-style tournament that will feature some of the elite talent from around the globe.
The USA Tomahawks are trying to qualify for the Rugby League World Cup for the first time. Tomahawk teammates Andrew Kneisly of West Chester and Michael Garvey of Haddonfield will be available for pre and post-game interviews along with the rest of the players and coaches.
The Match is scheduled to begin at 3:00pm at Campbell’s Field in Camden, NJ. The gates will open for the media and public at 2:00pm. Tickets for adults are $15 at the gate, or $10 in advance.
