The reviews came from recent routine inspections or the equivalent of a full inspection of the food and beverage stations at the venues.
Lincoln Financial Field, home to the Eagles, was charged with critical violations of health requirements at 33 percent of its vendors. According to the report, one location, categorized as “out of compliance,” received repeat critical violations for a lack of sneeze guards on a buffet and a hand-washing station.
The Phillies’ home, Citizen Bank Park, was cited for critical violations at 29 percent of its vendors. The report stated “a few locations” at the stadium received violations for not having a food-safety-certified supervisor on hand.
And at one bar location at Wells Fargo Center, home to the Flyers and 76ers, inspectors found proof of mouse and fruit fly infestation. Fifteen percent of the vendors at the arena were charged with critical violations.
Aramark provides food and concession services to all three venues.
