Phillies squeeze past Rockies to snap losing skid
 May 19 CSN Philly:

Amaro says it’s too early to talk trades
May 19 Allentown Morning Call:
“Trade talk with general managers doesn’t usually heat up until late June or early July.  The Phillies‘ offensive woes gave the topic a head start Wednesday.  With the lack of production the Phillies are getting at the plate — they came into Wednesday’s game last in the National League in runs scored (134) and third to last in OPS (.647) — general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. had to field questions about possible trades.

With Chase Utley’s delay, Phillies’ struggling bats get no relief
May 19 Wilmington News Journal:
“There is no relief coming for the Phillies‘ slumping offense in the immediate future.  Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr., said second baseman Chase Utley won’t be back this weekend while he continues to serve a minor-league rehab assignment with Single-A Clearwater. And Amaro said he is not about to trade for a hitter.
