Sixers assume nothing

March 25 Camden Courier-Post:

“When the Sixers played the Miami Heat on Nov. 26, they lost for the eighth time in nine games and fell to 3-13 — their low point of the season. The Sixers have come so far since then that tonight’s game against LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the rest of the Heat might be a first-round playoff preview.

Sixers shrug off pain for a win

March 25 Camden Courier-Post:

“Andre Iguodala could feel the pain in his knee in the first half. He tried riding the exercise bike at halftime, but it didn’t get much better. He kept playing anyway. Iguodala didn’t have that explosiveness on offense, so he focused on defense, on shutting down Atlanta’s Joe Johnson, on doing whatever he could to help the 76ers come away with a 105-100 win over the Hawks on Wednesday.

Sixers vs. Heat: A playoff preview?

March 25 Philadelphia Inquirer:

“Barring a surge by the Miami Heat or a tank by the Atlanta Hawks, the 76ers will play Miami in the opening round of the NBA Playoffs. If the season ended Friday, the sixth-seeded Sixers would face the third-seeded Heat in a first-round series more attractive than any Sixers series in recent memory. All of this makes Friday night’s game against the Heat, in Miami, a little more interesting than just another regular-season NBA game.
