June 7 ESPN.com:

The Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers have discussed a trade that would send the Warriors’ leading scorer, Monta Ellis, to the 76ers for Andre Iguodala, according to league sources, including one with direct knowledge of Golden State’s thinking.  One source stressed that completion of the deal is not imminent but that it has merits for both sides.

Draft hopefuls snub Sixers

It happens just about every year.  Prospective NBA players, convinced they’re going high in the NBA Draft, refuse to work out for teams they believe are picking after they’ll be off the board.  The 76ers and director of player personnel Courtney Witte keep hearing that more than 20 players expect to be picked before the Sixers’ choice at No. 16.

Thompkins highlights Sixers’ pre-draft workout

The Sixers’ pre-draft workouts continued with five new players Monday morning.  At the team’s practice facility at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Trey Thompkins (Georgia) highlighted a group that included Antonio Pena (Villanova), Lester Prosper (SUNY-Old Westbury), Willie Reed (St. Louis) and Joffrey Lauvergne (France).
